PTO combines vacation, sick, and personal days for full-time employees after 90 days of continuous employment. Accrual begins at hire, and usage starts on day 90; holidays remain separate and may be required during unpaid leave per laws and regulations.

Overtime may occasionally be required to meet business needs. Eventus Education will provide advance notice whenever possible.

Eventus Education offers paid holidays each year, with eligible employees receiving regular pay for designated days. The annual holiday schedule is shared in advance, and normal schedules apply on non-holiday dates.

In the event of an immediate family member’s death, employees receive paid bereavement leave. This time allows for arrangements, services, and personal matters during a difficult period.

Eventus Education supports employees fulfilling civic duties through jury service leave. Exempt employees typically receive full pay for weeks worked, benefits continue per policy, and reinstatement follows federal requirements.

Employees serving in the uniformed services may take leave to fulfill military duties under USERRA. Eventus Education grants eligible employees up to five cumulative years of protected service leave, with exceptions for special duty.

Eventus Education promotes from within whenever possible, based on performance and readiness. Additional training or certifications may be required before advancement into new roles.

Directors receive tuition discounts for their enrolled children—ranging from 75% for the first child to 15% for additional dependents, with separate discounts for school-age programs. Discounts apply only while employed, and documentation may be required to verify legal dependents.
